Codington County to Hold Bond Election for Court, Jail, and Law Enforcement Facilities

Codington County Commissioners have approved a resolution calling for a bond election on November 5th, 2024. If voters approve, the measure will authorize issuing up to $29,650,000 in general obligation bonds to fund the construction and/or renovation of court facilities, a county jail, and law enforcement facilities.
